Vendor Information – Glastonbury Carnival Market
Road closures and trading times differ for this event. Please read all information carefully.Priority bookings for Food stalls, its a great event for food!

- Carnival begins: 6:45 pm
- Road closures begin: 5:00 pm
- Roads reopen: 11:00 pm/midnight

OUTSIDE Traders
- Trading options:
- 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, or
- 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
Pitch & Equipment Requirements

Standard pitch size: 3m x 3m

If your gazebo, trailer, or structure is larger than 3m x 3m, you must email or call before booking.

Hire Gazebo fee: £10 (you are responsible for full set-up and pack-down). limited number for hire. email call first.

Outside traders must bring adequate weights for all gazebos.

Electric Supply
- Electric: £3
- If you require electricity, you must book pitches 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11.
- No other pitches have access to the electric supply.
Food Traders
- Traders selling food from any vehicle or structure with wheels must book pitches 11–17 only.
- If unsure whether your setup qualifies, please contact us before booking.
End of Day
- Vehicles may return to loading areas once it is safe to do so.
- Please leave your pitch clear and dispose of all rubbish responsibly.
Church Trading Restrictions
To maintain a respectful environment within Church premises, the following items are not permitted at Church locations (inside or outside Church grounds):- Witch or Pagan imagery
- Tarot cards or reader-related items
Cancellation Policy
- Inside 3 weeks of the event: No refund.
- Outside 3 weeks: £3 administration charge per cancelled market.
- We do not cancel your pitch.
- Your replacement pays you directly.
- They must provide insurance on the day or by email.
Set-Up Times
Outside Church: From 8:30 am All traders must be fully set up between 8:30 am and 10:00 amOffloading Instructions
Inside Traders: Use the back entrance via St John’s Car Park. Outside Church Location: You may offload your stall from the church grounds and then head to a car park. Please note that 3/4 cars can offload at a time, and there is no turnaround space, so it's 3/4 in, 3/4 out. If you arrive and you have to wait, park on the High Street and wait until it's clear. If you can let one of us know you are there, we will wave you in once it's safe to do so. There is an hour free on the high street.What to Bring
- Tablecloth for your display - (inside table is provided)
- Public Liability Insurance certificate
- Gazebo (3x3) unless otherwise agreed
- Sufficient gazebo weights (mandatory for outside traders)
Insurance Requirements
All traders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million cover). Please email a copy in advance. If not submitted beforehand, we will collect it on the day.Facilities & Parking
