Church & grounds

A few items are not permitted.

To keep a respectful environment at St John's, vendors trading inside the church or in its grounds must not display:

  • Witch imagery
  • Tarot cards or any other reader-related items

These restrictions don't apply to town / High Street pitches. Items found in breach inside the church or grounds will be removed. Refusal to comply will result in you being asked to leave the premises without a refund.

Do

Keep things tidy and we'll keep things moving.

  • Keep your insurance, food hygiene and risk assessments up to date.
  • Set your trading name and what you sell so the public directory reads right.
  • Check messages before each market for any line-up changes.
  • Cancel through the dashboard if you can't make it — the pitch can be released.
  • Use a strong password and keep it to yourself.
Don't

A few things to steer clear of.

  • Don't book a stall if your documents are out of date — uploads first.
  • Don't no-show. Cancel in the dashboard so the pitch can go to someone else.
  • Don't share your login with anyone else.
  • Don't email cancellations, document updates or pitch swaps — use the dashboard so it's tracked.
