From set-up times and offload routes to insurance, gazebos and pack-up, here's the essential information for every Tor Collective stallholder. Read this before your first market with us.
To keep a respectful environment at St John's, vendors trading inside the church or in its grounds must not display:
These restrictions don't apply to town / High Street pitches. Items found in breach inside the church or grounds will be removed. Refusal to comply will result in you being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
All traders must be set up between 7:30 – 10:00 am. Doors open to the public at 10.

Offload: use the back entrance via St John's car park.

Offload: back entrance and carry from St John's car park, or front drop-off and park. Limited space and quick turnaround.

Offload: on the pavement only, then move your vehicle to park elsewhere. No vehicles can remain in town stalls.
Bring a tablecloth for your display. Glastonbury can be a slow start, so don't be discouraged early on, the High Street always picks up through the morning.
Pack up begins at 4:00 pm, not before. Vehicles may return to loading areas once it's safe to do so. We'll be in high-viz throughout loading and off-loading times to monitor traffic safety. Please leave your pitch clear and dispose of rubbish responsibly.
Need a little more for the day? Request your add-ons at the time of booking, and we'll reply in your internal messages to let you know if they're approved.
We have 2 gazebos available to hire at £10 each, cash on the day.
Request one at the time of booking — first come, first served.
Hirers are responsible for setting up and packing down their own gazebo.
£3, cash on the day. Available for the front (outside) pitches only, and only on pitches 8–13.
For light use only — no cookers or heavy-use appliances. Request it at the time of booking.

No cancellations are accepted within 21 days of the market. Plan ahead and let us know early so the pitch can be released.
If a market is cancelled because of adverse weather, refunds are not issued. We recommend checking your insurance policy, you may be able to claim compensation.
An on-site café is available for refreshments. Drinking-water refills at St John's Church and the Market Cross.
The church has toilets for stallholders only.
For the public, the toilets are at St John's Car Park, across the road.
