From 4pm, not before. Vehicles can come back to the loading areas once it's safe; we'll be there in high-vis. Leave your pitch clear and take your rubbish.
Which pitch suits your stall.
For 2027 markets only, as 2026 uses a different floor plan.
Any other pitch is fine if your stall fits within your 6ft table inside, or a 3×3m gazebo outside.

£10, cash on the day. Two available, first come first served. You put it up and take it down.
- Outdoor electric
£3, cash on the day. Outside front pitches 8 – 13 only. Light use only, no cookers or heavy appliances.

Public Liability Insurance, at least £5 million cover.

A valid food hygiene certificate.

A risk assessment, uploaded before you book and updated whenever it changes.

Book, cancel, reschedule or swap pitches. If you can't come, cancel so someone else can have the pitch.

If you can't make it.
Cancel in your dashboard, before the notice period. After that, cancellations aren't accepted.

21 days before the market.
We are changing our cancellation notice period for 2027 bookings to 30 days.

Your money back, less a £3 admin fee.
- Or store credit
The full amount as credit for any future booking. No fee.
- Bad weather
If we cancel because of the weather, there's no refund. Your insurance may cover it.
