2027 Season Pitch Plan.

A pitch at all eight Tor Collective markets in 2027, paid in monthly instalments. These are the terms that come with it.

1. What the plan is

Eight markets, one plan.

The 2027 Season Pitch Plan books you a pitch at all eight Tor Collective markets in 2027 and spreads the cost into monthly payments.

Price£50 per pitch per market£400 per pitch for all eight markets. Two tables are exactly double (£800).
Markets20 Mar to 30 Oct 202720 March, 24 April, 29 May, 26 June, 31 July, 28 August, 25 September and 30 October.
PaymentsMonthly, by cardFirst payment on the day you join, then the 1st of every month.
Sign-ups close31 January 2027You need a Tor Collective account to join.
  1. Who it's for. One pitch, or two tables, at every market.
  2. How you pay. By card. Your first payment is taken on the day you join. After that, payments are taken on the 1st of every month. For example, if you join on 31 October, your next payment is on 1 November. The last payment is always on 1 September 2027.
  3. Your account. You need an account with The Tor Collective to join.
2. Prices and when to join

The earlier you join, the lower the monthly payment.

Every pitch costs £50 per market, so a pitch at all eight markets costs £400. The earlier you join, the lower your monthly payment.

You join any day inFirst payment (1 pitch)Then each month (1 pitch)First payment (2 tables)Then each month (2 tables)Last payment
October 2026£33.3711 × £33.33£66.7411 × £66.661 September 2027
November 2026£36.4010 × £36.36£72.8010 × £72.721 September 2027
December 2026£40.009 × £40.00£80.009 × £80.001 September 2027
January 2027£44.488 × £44.44£88.968 × £88.881 September 2027
  1. Why the price goes up the later you join. The markets don't cost more. Each pitch has to be paid for before its market, and every plan finishes paying in September 2027. If you join later, the same £400 is split over fewer months.
  2. Your joining month sets the price. The price depends on the month you join, not the day. Sign-ups open on 11 October 2026, and anyone who joins before the end of October gets the October price.
  3. Sign-ups close on 31 January 2027. After that, you can still book as many 2027 markets as you like at £50 per pitch, but you pay when you book instead of monthly.
  4. The first payment. Your first payment is a few pence higher than the rest. That way the total comes to exactly £400.
  5. Using your store credit. If you have store credit on your account when you join, it goes towards the plan. Your first payment is still taken by card on the day you join, then your store credit comes off your monthly payments until it's all used.
  6. Discount codes. Discount codes can't be used with the plan.
3. Choosing your pitches

Pick every pitch up front.

When you join, you choose your pitch for every one of the eight markets, all at once.

  1. Same pitch or different. You can pick the same pitch every month or a different one for each market, from whatever is free when you book.
  2. Confirmation. All eight bookings are confirmed when your first payment goes through.
  3. Changing a pitch. You can swap to any free pitch at the same market yourself, from your account dashboard, at any time. There's no charge.
4. Cancelling a market, and no-shows

Can't make one? Cancel it 30 days ahead.

If you can't trade at a market, cancel it yourself from your account dashboard at least 30 days before the market and you won't pay for it.

  1. How to cancel. Cancel that market's booking from your account dashboard. Before you confirm, it shows you whether £50 comes off your payments or the market still counts as used. Your pitch is then offered to traders on the waiting list automatically.
  2. Cancelled with 30 days' notice or more. £50 per table comes off what you still owe. It's taken from the end of your plan, so your payments finish sooner. Your last payment is whatever is left, so it may be a smaller amount.
  3. Cancelled after your plan is fully paid. If there are no payments left to reduce, any overpayment will be refunded as store credit (£50 per table).
  4. Cancelled with less than 30 days' notice, or a no-show. The market counts as used and you pay for it as normal. There's no credit and no reduction. You can still cancel it in your dashboard so the pitch can go to another trader.
  5. Two tables. You can cancel one table (−£50) or both (−£100) for a market.
5. Missed payments

Paid up 7 days before each market.

Your payments must be up to date 7 days before each market, or your pitch for that market is released.

  1. If a payment fails. We'll email you and try your card again automatically. You can update your card at any time from your account.
  2. Released pitches. If any payment is still unpaid 7 days before a market, your pitch for that market is released and offered to other traders. We'll tell you when this happens.
  3. Later markets. Your later markets stay booked as long as you catch up before each one's 7-day deadline.
  4. What you still owe. A pitch released for non-payment counts as used, the same as a no-show. It doesn't come off what you owe, and the missed payment still has to be paid.
6. Leaving the plan

Leave any time, with 30 days' notice.

You can leave the plan at any time with 30 days' notice. Anything you've paid but not used comes back to you as store credit.

  1. 14-day cooling-off. If you change your mind within 14 days of joining, cancel the plan from your account dashboard and every payment you've made is refunded to your card in full. All eight bookings are cancelled.
  2. Your notice period. Any market within your 30-day notice counts as used.
  3. Payments and pitches. Your payments stop as soon as you give notice. Your pitches for markets after the notice period are released.
  4. Your balance. We work out your balance as everything you've paid, minus £50 per table for each market used. That balance goes into your account as store credit to spend on future Tor Collective bookings.
  5. If you owe us money when you leave. If you've used more markets than you've paid for, for example because payments failed, we'll take the difference from your card.
  6. Store credit only. Apart from the 14-day cooling-off period, there are no refunds to your card, to your bank account or in cash. Store credit is the only kind of refund.
7. Examples

How it works in practice.

All the examples are for traders who joined in October 2026 with one pitch, unless they say otherwise.
