\n 	<li><strong>Roads reopen:</strong><span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span>11:00 pm/midnight</li>

\nAll roads allowing you to leave Glastonbury close at 5:00 pm.
\nIf you are parked in Glastonbury after this time\, you will not be able to leave until the roads reopen.

\n<h2>Food Traders</h2>
\n<ul>
\n 	<li>Traders selling food from<span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>any vehicle or structure with wheels</strong><span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span>must book<span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>pitches 11–17 only</strong>.</li>
\n 	<li>If unsure whether your setup qualifies\, please contact us before booking.</li>

\n<h2>End of Day</h2>
\n<ul>
\n 	<li>Vehicles may return to loading areas once it is safe to do so.</li>
\n 	<li>Please leave your pitch clear and dispose of all rubbish responsibly.</li>

\n<h2>Church Trading Restrictions</h2>
\nTo maintain a respectful environment within Church premises\, the following items are<span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>not permitted at Church locations (inside or outside Church grounds):</strong>

\n 	<li>Witch or Pagan imagery</li>
\n 	<li>Tarot cards or reader-related items</li>
\n</ul>
\nThese restrictions<span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>do not apply to Town locations.</strong>

\nFailure to comply will result in the removal of the items.
\nRefusal to comply will result in being asked to leave without a refund.

\n<h2>Cancellation Policy</h2>
\n<ul>
\n 	<li><strong>Inside 3 weeks of the event:</strong><span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span>No refund.</li>
\n 	<li><strong>Outside 3 weeks:</strong><span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span>£3 administration charge per cancelled market.</li>
\n</ul>
\nIf someone takes over your pitch:
\n<ul>
\n 	<li>We do not cancel your pitch.</li>
\n 	<li>Your replacement pays you directly.</li>
\n 	<li>They must provide insurance on the day or by email.</li>
\n</ul>
\nIf the event is cancelled due to adverse weather\, no refunds will be issued.
\nPlease check your insurance policy for potential weather-related claims.

\n<h2>Offloading Instructions</h2>
\n<strong>Inside Traders:</strong>
\nUse the back entrance via St John’s Car Park.
\n
\n<strong>Outside Church Location:</strong>
\nYou may offload your stall from the church grounds and then head to a car park. Please note that 3/4 cars can offload at a time\, and there is no turnaround space\, so it's 3/4 in\, 3/4 out. If you arrive and you have to wait\, park on the High Street and wait until it's clear. If you can let one of us know you are there\, we will wave you in once it's safe to do so. There is an hour free on the high street.

\n 	<li>Public Liability Insurance certificate</li>
\n 	<li>Gazebo (3x3) unless otherwise agreed</li>
\n 	<li>Sufficient gazebo weights (mandatory for outside traders)</li>

\n<h2>Insurance Requirements</h2>
\nAll traders must hold valid<span class="gmail-Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million cover).</strong>

\nPlease email a copy in advance.
\nIf not submitted beforehand\, we will collect it on the day.
