On the day

This will be updated closer to the time. We're still working out the details for the day: arrival and set-up times, offloading and parking, pack-down, and what to bring.

It will be published here, and everyone with a pitch will be emailed once it is, so there's nothing you need to keep checking for.

Before you apply

Returning stallholders only. To apply you must have traded with us at least once before, at one of our previous markets or events, and be signed in to that trader account.
Pitches are 3 x 3m or smaller. Your stall, and anything you bring with it, has to fit inside that footprint. If your stall is smaller, tell us its exact size on the form.
There are no vehicle pitches available for this market. Every pitch is a stall space, so you won't be able to trade from a van, trailer or horsebox.
Public liability insurance is required. Upload your certificate with your application, along with food hygiene, gas or electrical safety paperwork if it applies to your stall.
Cooking on your stall? Bring an in-date fire extinguisher and fire blanket and keep them on your stall. We check every stall on the day.
Trading on church grounds. To keep a respectful environment at St John’s, stalls must not display witch imagery, tarot cards, or any other reader-related items. Refusal to comply will result in you being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
Payment is by invoice, not online. If your application is accepted we'll email you a payment link of your own. Your pitch is held until that payment reaches us.

Terms & conditions

Applying for a pitch means agreeing to our stallholder terms, which cover cancellations, refunds, insurance, set-up and conduct on the day.
