The terms below apply to all pitch and stall bookings made with The Tor Collective. Booking a pitch with us means you accept this cancellation policy.
Cancellations
- 10% admin fee for cancellations between 1 month and 14 days before the event.
- No refunds within 14 days of the event. If you can find someone to take your spot that is fine, provided they are insured and event-appropriate.
Transfers to a different date
- Transfers to a different date require a 10% surcharge — this covers the extra admin involved.
- No transfers within 14 days of the event.
How to cancel
To cancel or transfer a booking, sign in to your trader account and use the cancel option on the booking, or email us at thetorcollective@gmail.com with your booking reference. Refunds (where eligible) are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
Cancellations by The Tor Collective
If an event is cancelled or postponed by us — for example due to weather, venue issues or circumstances beyond our control — you will be offered a full refund, or the option to transfer your booking to another date at no extra charge.
